Character Information
Name → Freelancer Tex → Allison Beth From → Texas AI → Omega (Does not possess)
Personality →
Tex is the sort of girl that many people wouldn't want to get on the bad side of. She is lethal and deadly, one that would kill without a second thought if she felt the need to, or if she just wanted to. Saying this, she is the sort to always get what she wants using any methods to do it in. If she is being paid to handle a job, she will get it done with no questions asked, as long as she's paid. She will do absolutely anything for money, which leaves her easily bribed to do things for others. Saying this, she isn't completely gullible to money, even if it's obvious she wants it. She is smart, which many people don't see in her due to her forward personality. Where there is something she wants, she is first into action, jumping in when she can and completing it before others. Danger prone is another word to describe her, everything is an adventure to Tex, nothing is never normal and quiet, something has to be going on for her.
Tex is generally regarded as a mean bitch that wont hesitate to do any task, regardless to how brutal it may be as long as it benefits her. This shows her selfish side along with her complete bitch personality. She isn't afraid to speak her mind to people and will tell them what she thinks about them. If she doesn't like you, she will make threats to kill you and if you really wind her up she will kill you. Tex is selfish and will do anything that benefits her, as long as its for her she wont care. Tex doesn't really care about others, unless she gets attached to them, therefore calling them her "Idiots" not many will ever be classed as a friend to her. (Church was lucky enough to be labeled boyfriend.) She herself doesn't believe she is a mean person, but paid to do mean things for others. Which is true in a sense, she could have killed all the people at Blood Gulch, yet she decided to help them win the war. Which shows there is a good side in there somewhere, it's just difficult to find it and when you do, it's very rare and people should consider it a rare moment and savor the moment while it lasts. Because, this is Tex, it wont last for long if it ever comes around.
Most of her nice nature is directed at Church, who of which she shares a hate-love relationship with. Different from most relationships, while others hug and kiss to show affection these two show it through insulting each other openly and their violent nature towards each other in general. Yet- when the time comes they are both always there to aid each other when they really need it. They also deal with their team-mates together, which normally involves Church from stopping her from killing either one of them. Tex may have been unfaithful to him, but there is proof there that she does still care for him and always tries to make an effort if he's involved.
Tex is classed as a short fuse with a firey temper. She is quick to anger and very lethal when she is, which is never good for those around her because they will be the ones to suffer, which is never the best thing. Tex even not angry is still rather moody, always sounding angry but not being that exactly. Tex is hinted as the jealous type as well as everything else even if she doesn't want to admit it, which makes her worse being around others at times.
Background →
Tex, (before the events of Blood Gulch) was apart of the Freelancer Project, which was a training program as well as an experimental program, in which the Director used the Freelancers to implant A.I (or artificial intelligence) into the armor of the soldiers to improve their peformance in battle, making them stronger or faster (Apparently in Tex's case; just meaner). The experiment in a whole proved to be a failure after Agent Washington's AI Epsilon was labeled as an unstable AI and went insane within Washington's mind. After Epsilon was in a way removed from Washington's head, other AI from different Freelancers were then removed one by one, even if some failed to cooperate. Tex's AI Omega or O'Malley was one of those ones that didn't want to be erased, since he couldn't be erased, killing both the Freelancer and it's AI was the next option, one that never suited Tex, leading her to kill those who attempted to, then leaving command altogether.
It was in the time frame of her escaping the project and arriving in Blood Gulch she became a merchanary, working for those with the right idea of hiring her for money on tasks that were simple enough to complete. Killing or helping with a mission were the main ones. That was about the time that she was sent to Blood Gulch to help the Blue team retrieve the flag back from Red Base, this was where then she was captured, rescued and then eventually she was killed all in just a few episodes. But, before she was killed for the first time by the Red Teams rookie, Donut. Tex agrees to help them within Blood Gulch as a way to repay them for getting her out of Red base. Just before Tex dies completely for the first time her AI, O'Malley escaped her mind calculating that the chances of survival were slim, leading him to jumping into the nearest host via radio, of which at the time was Caboose's.
After her death she does not reappear as fast as Church did. It wasn't until half way through Season Two that she appears warning the Blues that her AI O'Malley has jumped into Caboose and that she might take actions towards Caboose to get O'Malley out. Which she ends up doing anyway. Driving him out of his time was the best solution in this case, starting with entering Cabooses mind with Church and tracking down O'Malley inside. O'Malley disappears along with Tex just before he is killed completely and with everyone in Blood Gulch with their radio's switched off, O'Malley had no where to jump. Unfortunately, he had one more mind that he could take over, since Doc wasn't exactly involved with turning off his radio, he didn't know about the rouge AI therefore didn't turn his off. Tex then vanishes again, not coming back for a while after the goings on within Blood Gulch, after she arrives back she helps the Blue team with basically what they need her for. Going into the future, attempting to help stop the bomb in Church's stomach, ect. It isn't until the Alien quest that it really gets focused on her again. The Alien blackmails the Blue Team into helping him with his quest, Tex thinking nothing of it refused at the start, it wasn't until Church mentioning a reward that she then agrees to join the quest. But when the chance came for her to collect her reward, in this case the Ship. It was shot down moments later by Wyoming, another Freelancer working within the project. He in the future is working for Omega (O'Malley) to get rid of Tucker. Tex in anger goes after Wyoming when he attempts to flee from the scene, but Tex catches up easily and with a little help from York, they both infiltrate the base.
When she gets back to Blue base after the small adventure with Wyoming and York, she is enraged to find out that they have gotten another girl on the team and isn't amused at any of them, leading to her having a talk with Sister. Being asked to help shut down Sheila as she may be infected with O'Malley due to her acting strangely, she does it as soon as the location of O'Malley was about to be given. It wasn't long after that the group was called to take over Red base, after fully taking it over Caboose tells Tex that O'Malley is in the "Blue Leader" after talking to Sheila giving her a new home in the ship Sister landed in. Mistaking the "Blue Leader" completely for Church, she holds him at gun point until he explains that he was never the real leader.
At the very end, Tex retrieves O'Malley again by attacking everyone in the Gulch until she got him back in her mind. She leaves with the Alien, Jr., Wyoming's head and Andy on the ship. Where then, Andy in a way detonates which leads the ship to crashing rather than exploding.
